Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a exchange or store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Jewelry, Sale items & gift cards are final sale, no returns will be accepted.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition or is damaged for reasons not due to our error, is not eligible for returns.

Store Credit (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed, and a gift card will be issued within 10 days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned for store credit, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.

Shipping
We will ship all order {except Pre-Order Items} between 1-5 business days. If you need something sooner, please contact us. We use USPS and all items have insurance & tracking. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you do not receive your package, please contact USPS directly. They will be able to help you.

Shipping Return Items
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 215 W Bandera Rd Ste 114-223, Boerne TX 78006.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider shipping with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
