Terms and Conditions

Shipping
We will ship all order {except Pre-Order Items} between 1-5 business days. If you need something sooner, please contact us. We use USPS and all orders over 2lbs, will have insurance & tracking. Packages sent first class will not have insurance. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you do not receive your package, please contact USPS directly. They will be able to help .

**My Tracking Says Delivered but I never received my package, what do I do?**

If something has happened to your package during shipping follow these steps:

1. If tracking shows as delivered, talk to your delivery person or contact your local Post Office (USPS). Packages now a-days have GPS tracking on them and your post office should be able to look up exactly where the package was left (ie: in mailbox, at front door, etc.) If it was delivered to the wrong location they should be able to retrieve it for you.


2. If USPS tracks the GPS on your package and shows it was delivered to your mailbox and it is not there you will need to file a police report for a stolen package. Give them the tracking info, order value, and GPS proof of delivery from your post office.
If USPS loses your package and it was never delivered, you can file a claim with them. Contact your local USPS office for more info.

Returns
Our policy lasts 15 days. You have 15 days from date of delivery to contact us for a return or exchange. If you send back your return item after the 15 days, there will be a 20% restocking fee. You will need to email info@thepearlantler.com and include your order number & reason for return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Sale items & gift cards are final sale, no returns will be accepted.

**Any item not in its original condition or is damaged for reasons not due to our error, is not eligible for returns. **

Store Credit (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed, and a gift card will be issued within 10 days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned for store credit. Items on sale are final sale, no returns accepted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider shipping with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

 

PRIVACY STATEMENT

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Here is a list of cookies that we use. We’ve listed them here so you that you can choose if you want to opt-out of cookies or not.
_session_id, unique token, sessional, Allows Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc).
_shopify_visit, no data held, Persistent for 30 minutes from the last visit, Used by our website provider’s internal stats tracker to record the number of visits
_shopify_uniq, no data held, expires midnight (relative to the visitor) of the next day, Counts the number of visits to a store by a single customer.
cart, unique token, persistent for 2 weeks, Stores information about the contents of your cart.
_secure_session_id, unique token, sessional
storefront_digest, unique token, indefinite If the shop has a password, this is used to determine if the current visitor has access.
